- Most displayed products are available for immediate delivery unless clearly marked as pre-order.
- Product photos are taken to represent the actual items as accurately as possible, and measurements and product details are provided to help you choose the correct item before placing your order.
- For product safety and shipping regulations, packages cannot be opened before accepting them from the courier.
Order Confirmation & Payment
For orders requiring advance confirmation:
- A 50% deposit of the total order value is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining 50% is payable upon delivery through the courier.
- An electronic invoice will be provided showing the ordered items, prices, and the advance payment details.
Pre-Orders
For products available by pre-order:
- A 50% deposit of the total order value is required to confirm the reservation.
- The customer must provide a valid phone number and delivery address.
- Once the order arrives, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
- Once a pre-order has been confirmed and the product sourcing process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available:
- Cash on Delivery, where applicable.
- Vodafone Cash, subject to a 1% transfer fee.
- InstaPay.
Returns & Exchanges
As product images, measurements, and details are provided before confirming your order:
- Returns are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference after delivery.
- Exchanges are available if the item has a manufacturing defect, subject to contacting us after delivery and providing evidence of the issue.
- Items must remain unused and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange.

All displayed prices are final and non-negotiable.
Refused Deliveries
Please make sure you intend to complete your purchase before confirming your order.
If an order has already been dispatched through the courier and the customer refuses delivery or becomes unreachable, the customer will be responsible for the associated shipping charges.
